Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your course up to 3 days in advance, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Medical and Safety Requirements
All participants must complete a medical questionnaire before starting any diving or freediving course.
If you answer “Yes” to any of the questions, a doctor’s clearance may be required.
You must be in good physical and mental health to participate.
We reserve the right to refuse service if you are deemed unfit to dive.
Liability Waiver
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before starting any course or activity.
By signing, you acknowledge the inherent risks of diving and agree to participate at your own risk.
Insurance
We recommend that all participants have personal travel and dive insurance that covers diving and water activities.
Koh Tao Dive is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the course unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other guests.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course without refund due to inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
